2, Drunk drivers: scored 12 points ,suspend license and cannot obtain new license again within 5 years.
3, Non-fasten seat belts: scored 3 points and fined 100 Yuan.
4, Front-row passenger's seat belt nonfasten: Scored 1 points and fined 50 Yuan.
5, Dial a cell phone on the way: Scored 3 points and fined 100 yuan.
6, Smoke on the way: Scored 1 points and fined 100 Yuan.
7, Intend to block the number plate: Scored 12 points, Fined the top amount of punishment.
8, Speeding: Scored 6 points
