How to make sufficient burning of the charcoal ball

There is combustion-supporting substance mixed in the charcoal ball. Why some of the new client still finds the charcoal ball can not be sufficient burning in the Disposable BBQ Grill?  How to solve this problem?
Our technician answers the question as following:
Un-sufficiency burning is mainly caused by un-sufficient fire leading and the charcoal not be properly scattered.
The problem can be solved by the following way:
Using poke move the charcoal ball and paper ash slightly when flame to be declined. In this way, the charcoal ball can be scattered well one by one inside the aluminum pan, and the under lay paper can be fired well.
To satisfy the client, our new designed product has been installed one small piece wooden stick inside the color paper package. The small stick can be served as the poke whatever you use the Disposable BBQ grill inside or outside door.
